Mostarda Apartment was recently renovated and decorated with great care so that comfort and aesthetics are combined.

For exclusive use, not shared.

A living room with a flat TV with cable channels and Netflix,

Living room with armchairs facing the sea and a fireplace;

A balcony with sea views, with outdoor furniture and a rocking chair;

Central heating throughout the apartment;

Is located on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator.

The rooms

Mostarda Boutique Apartment has 2 bedrooms: the Blue Room with a double bed and the Mostarda Room with a King Size double bed. It is possible to place an extra bed in the Mustard Room or, if necessary, a cot can also be made available upon request.

All carefully prepared bed linen and extra pillows as well as blankets will be provided, depending on the season. In both bedrooms there is central heating and window stores for total darkness if desired.

Location

Location is everything!

Mostarda Apartament is located on the beachfront in the beautiful city of Vila do Conde. Going down the steps of the building and crossing the avenue you will find a white sand beach just beyond the dunes. From the balcony we can see the sunset in the Atlantic Ocean.

In the “Mostarda” room you can see the most famous monument in Vila do Conde: the majestic “Monastery of Santa Clara”,

Near the apartment, on Avª Brasil, you can find several restaurants, cafes and bakeries. The São João Batista fort is 100 meters away.

In front of the beach you can go hiking, cycling or play sports on the existing equipment.

In the beautiful city of Vila do Conde, city of the famous poet “José Régio”, you also can:

Visit the monuments: Monastery of Santa Clara, Main Church, Chapel of Sr. da Guia, Capela do Socorro or the Aqueduct.
Visit a 16th century ship and stroll along the riverbank where you can enjoy a magnificent meal of fresh fish.
Eat and enjoy a coventual cake from the famous patisseries.
Go to one of the fantastic beaches to sunbathe or surf.

Vila do Conde has great traffic routes and could be a good base for discovering the North of Portugal! From our city you can visit Porto (28 km to the South), Braga (50 km to the East), Guimarães (50 km to the East), Ponte de Lima (70 km to the North), Amarante (80 km to the East), Viana do Castelo (50km to the North), Aveiro (100km to the South) and Spain/ Tui (100km to the North).

In Vila do Conde, we have the Metro, as a mean of public transport for traveling to Porto.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 14 km away.

“The perfect apartment!!”

The apartment is located in a great location, with an amazing view on the ocean.
Inside there’s plenty of space: two comfy bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped and the relax area with the two deckchairs with the view on the sea are just awesome to relax your mind.
The owners are very friendly, they provided a book with all the relevant information of what’s in the area (very useful). They also gives us some local patisserie as welcome gift.
Last but not least, there is plenty of free parking right in front of the building: in 6 days I never struggled to find a parking slot.

“We felt like home”

The gentleman who received us was super friendly and helpful. He explained to us very quickly how the house works and talked a little about the places to visit.
When we immediately noticed the good and relaxing smell that the house had and that remained throughout our stay, not to mention that there was ambient music 🙂
Very well equipped kitchen, with coffee machine and dishwasher, hairdryer,… There was a smartphone with Spotify and a speaker, the television had a Netflix account, as well as plenty of cable channels.
The apartment is spacious, with heating. The decor was fantastic and very welcoming.
On the beachfront, with views of the sea and the sun.

“Exceptional”

Rui met me at the property. It was a delightful place with plenty of room. A gorgeous view of the ocean and just across from a promenade that went for miles. As it was off-season, it was quiet. Near some restaurants and close to Lidl. An easy walk to the Friday market. Great host and great stay. I think this is one of the top 3 places I’ve stayed in Portugal over the years!

“Lovely seafront stay!”

Amazing seafront balcony, which allowed us to watch some amazing sunsets! The fact that it was so close to the beach was perfect. The house was very well equiped, with everything we needed, and the apartment was beautiful and very cozy. Rui and Alexandra were very kind and available to help with useful recommendations of places nearby. We had a great time!
